I dont know about you, but Im starting to lose my mind.

Isolation and confinement are like being alone in a cramped space, and that feeling worsens over time.

Imagine being confined with someone you hate.
Would you kill each other?
In space theres no room for that a murder would certainly ruin the entire mission.
When locked together with other people, you might apply the same technique.
attempt to improve your communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Remember everyone is experiencing the same fears, so attempt to put yourself in other peoples shoes.
To overcome this problem, they must follow a strict schedule for sleep, eat, and exercise.

This will help yousleep better and feel better.
That helps to keep your mind occupied.
Another tip is: stay connected.
Stay in touch with your loved ones.
Fortunately, technology allows us to do that.
So you dont need to isolate yourself the way people in the past were forced to do.
Healthy body, healthy mind
Astronauts use to spend several hours each day exercising.
This helps maintain theirphysical and mental well being.
Exercising is one of the best ways to fight depression.
Be aware it will pass
No one knows than astronauts.
They know just how youre feeling.
have a go at apply their tips and youll (hopefully) feel much better.
Take this opportunity to learn something new and to reconnect with your spirit.
