Thats fine, I guess.
200 megapixels is where its at.
For reference, thats enough theoretical resolution to fill up each pixel in a 4K display… 24 times.
In this case, Samsung is merging 16 pixels to provide one (theoretically) very good 12.5MP image.
Alternatively, the sensor can bin four megapixels into 50MP images.
Thatll also still allow it to take 8K video, which is a measly 33.2 megapixels.
