When businesses are choosing aform app, there seems to be a perception that Google Forms is too simple.
This is unfortunate, because its a pretty robust toolif you know how to find all the options.
Here are a bunch of tweaks that make Google Forms much more powerful.

Go ahead and make a new form, and then tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.

check that everyone only submits one entry
By default, Google Forms dont collect email addresses.
it’s possible for you to prevent this in theGeneraltab of the tweaks.

Just make sureLimit to 1 responseis checked, and youre done.

Want to see which email address is connected to which form responses?

Make sureCollect email addressesis checked.
Just head to theQuizzessection in the options for your form.
Start by clicking the paint palette icon.

From here, you’ve got the option to upload an image.
Google will match the color scheme from that picture (which you could then adjust if you want).
You need tocreate form sections and logic in Google Forms.

Form sections are simple: just click theAdd sectionbutton on any question.
Just like that, youve split your form into multiple sections.
you’re able to also send respondents to different sections depending on their answers.

To get started, smack the three dots at the bottom-right of a multiple-choice question.

you’re free to find this collection by heading toGoogle Forms, then clicking theTemplate gallery.

If you tend to make many similar forms, theres no need to start from scratch each time.
Just head to theResponsessection.
From here, snag the Google Sheets icon.

Just like that, all of your responses will be sent to a Google spreadsheet in your Google Drive.
