Guess what fellow fans of shitty teams?
It might be a new year but our football teams still suck.
This is the way it is.

If it isn’t the Philadelphia Eagles fans joining the circle.
Grab a pamphlet and a chair guys - you’ve gone a long way only to fall this hard.
Let’s hear of your triffles.

Here are your NFL Sad Stats for Week 17.
But theres some copium to be had here.
What exactly happened there?

Also I absolutely forgot the 2020 Jets started 0-13.
Good ole Adam Gase.
That pretty much means all the bird teams and the Jets.

I wish I knew this before watching Eagles / Cardinals.
The sad part is what New England did to flush their good fortune right down the drain.
Starting 1/3 with two picks will do that.

I’m not here to relitigate the play, you’ve seen it all.
I’m here to answer the question of who has attempted further two-point attempts in the NFL.
Roethlisberger even has two such 12-yard attempts.

One he actually rushed up the middle.
Something definitely went wrong on that play.
I’m saddened to report he did not convert it.
But good grief - five games?
That’s all it took?
But Manziel shouldn’t be singled out.
Flacco is going to turn 39 during this season’s playoffs.
The guy that played behind Zach Wilson and Mike White last year.
The guy that was hanging on to his career by threads in 2018 in Baltimore.
That’s about half a career ago.
Some of you reading this weren’t even in college yet and have since graduated.
That’s it for Week 17.
One more to go to put a bow on two full regular seasons of weekly NFL sad stats.
Call that a bonus sad stat.
Already looking forward to next season.
