To that end, weve compiled a list of some of our favorite apps from the Microsoft Store.
Some came out this year, while a few are slightly older, but theyre all pretty great.

40% off TNW Conference!

We like Microsoft To-Do the best for its clean interface and easy-to-use lists.
Also, theyre just a great option for short-term notes and memos basically everything physically stickies are for.
Microsoft Whiteboard (free)
Another of Microsofts homegrown apps, Whiteboard launchedearlier this year.

Whiteboard will also eventually be available for mobile devices.
Untilthe likes of Bearshow up on the Microsoft store, well stick with Microsoft OneNote for the time being.
iTunes (free)

iTunes itself isnt new, obviously.

But the app for Windows only launched earlier this year, despite Apple having promised it some time ago.
But its still pretty cool.
But its available on the Microsoft store, so to heck with it…it counts.

Specifically, this extension can convert most websites into Dark Mode.
Its not perfect and doesnt work well for every site, but when it does work its gorgeous.
Their express app offers a respectable number of tools, considering its free.

No goofy, technicolor interface or unnecessary buttons here.
(When was the last time most of us downloaded a DjVu file?)
But in general its a great way to browse Reddit until we get an official app.

She enjoys gaming, writing mystery stories, streaming on Twitch, and horseback riding.
