This is the social networks second crypto announcement in two months, after itenabled NFT-based profile picturesin January.
These developments have come after Jack Dorseystepped down as the companys CEO last year.

When considering all this, we had one important question: just how annoyedwill Jack Dorsey be?

In response, Ethereums co-founder, Vitalik Buterin,expressed his doubtsabout the feasibility of the project.
And it makes perfect sense.
Twitter should be tapping into hot cryptocurrency trends and trying to evolve.
